If your business can't identify itself via Caller Id, then screw off and quit calling. 'Cause you ain't ever talking to anyone in this house.
Edit - I tried a couple of online reverse look up tools, but I am not willing to pay $12-$15 to find out who is calling me all freakin' day. Anyone want to give it a crack?

All I could get was that it's some Sattelight Promotions company. And that their voice mailbox was full.
You got further than me. I finally called the number and it went straight to a caller que without identifying the company.
So I hung up on them. Again.
The number that keeps calling me is:
"Out of Area"
"1-800-239-5233"
Perhaps we should make a list of numbers and have everyone call them a few (hundred) times a day.
When you call, ask for John.
